Hello Everyone!
Glad to hear everything is going well! I won't have much time to
write today so I'm not sending a long letter. Nothing eventful really
happened this week anyway. Mom, I loved the pictures that you sent of the bison. I was able to show off a little Wyoming pride at the ward Halloween party which was a blast by the way. I'm sending pictures for the blog! We didn't dress up of course but we dressed up in spirit ;) we also took some decorations and brought them home to spice up our house for the holidays!
I saw Hannah's pictures on Facebook and they looked beautiful! I'm so glad she is getting married! She is an awesome person. Tell Ruby I'm sorry and I'm keeping her in my prayers! And guess what happens 15 days after your last day of class!? Skype happens! It's gonna be so much fun and I am so pumped to talk with you guys. I'm proud to say that I have actually lost weight since coming to the mission field. About five pounds now. But I feel heavy. I've also been eating like a bear preparing for hibernation, but I'm still about the same weight! It's so crazy! I've had a high metabolism before but not like this...I'm just glad I'm on bikes. My thighs are like iron. I am very impressed with how much of a work out riding bikes actually is!
I've just been crazy busy over here adjusting our methods of planning, finding, and teaching to benefit the people we
meet. It's a lot of work but I am getting better at recognizing when I am stressed and dealing with it! Blessings! I'm learning a ton out here and I can feel myself having deepened faith everyday. Sometimes I am frustrated but then I remember that
it is satan and I refocus on mission work. I am no where near perfect but I am striving to be a servant of Christ.
We had exchanges this week and I stayed in our area which means that I had to take the lead and I was so nervous. Mostly because of my Spanish. But it was a success. We made it through the day and had an amazing lesson with a progressing investigator. It was a pretty successful exchange. I got a lot of advice on how to become a better missionary and representative of Jesus Christ.
Until next week.
Love,
Hermana Kunz
